Theatre setup for Pain List:

Silver operating table so table top slides back and forth.

Image Intensifier ( II ) setup with "C" Arm on recovery side of bed.

No Gel pad on theatre table.

Black bag of patient positioning system equipment - check height of bed in relation to patient size.

Have extra pillows available if needed instead of positioner

Must use silver based operating table that slides back and forward. Image Intensifier on Recovery side.
