How to order linen and gas

Linen from Spotless Linen, is ordered on Tuesday, and Friday each week. Orders must be placed before 10am on ordering day. The current user name and password is written in the Orderly operations guide book.

The website will request a user name and password, then click Login.

Next, click the calander icon, and choose the upcoming date when this order will be delivered. *Note* Our delivers can only be delivered on Wednesdays, (When placing Tuesday's order), and on Mondays, (When placing Fridays order)

Amount of linen ordered must be calculated so that there will be enough to last until next delivery. As there is no definate set delivery time on each delivery day, it is important to calculate using number of cases that will be done in the waiting period of order delivery.

Gas, such as oxygen, air, and carbon dioxide are ordered online with BOC. Gas orders are placed any day that they are required, and are generally delivered on the next business day after an online order is placed.

After entering the website, click the Gas Order icon. Then enter current user name and password, that is in the Orderly operations guide book, and click Sign in. Scroll down the web page and enter required number of cylinders for each gas type.

*Note* The correct gas type and gas bottle size must be selected. The box to the left is for number of bottles required and box to the right is for number of empty bottles being returned.

There is a limit to the number we can order and keep in the gas shed.
